Philip Paul Breen Council 8576 was founded in 1984. It is named after Philip Paul Breen, the father of Rev Philip M. Breen, who was pastor of St. Jude at the time and very active in the councils formation. The Philip Paul Breen Council works closely with the St. Jude Parish in Chattanooga, providing help for various projects, members being active participants in their parish.

The Knights of Columbus Council 8576 sponsor a fish fry each Friday of Lent. Held in Seiner Hall from 5:30 – 7:00PM. The fish fry provides fellowship and a meal between the Friday Evening Lenten Mass and the Stations of the Cross. The Knights also host a Breakfast with Santa, Chili Cook-Off, Easter Egg Hunt, Monthly Sunday breakfast, and many other activities and service projects to benefit our parish and community.
